60% Ownership
Once you acquire 60% of the shares in the area, the Pleasure king sends you a coupon for an adult store.
Make sure you save before going to the telephone club. If you happen to mess up, you will lose 10% of your shares in this area.
You need to meet him at Senyro Ave, just outside the Teltel Boys Club. Here, the king challenges you to a telephone club battle. If you haven’t played the telephone game before, you might want to practice a bit before. When you win, you gain 10% of the shares in the area. Then, even if you do succeed, the pleasure king sends his lackeys to attack you.
90% Ownership
Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Pleasure King sends you two more postcards. Then, your revenues will be halted until you confront the king.
Here, you will battle the Pleasure King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.
Meet him at the Tetel Boys Club again. He and his lackeys plan to fight you. Defeat them to secure complete domination of this area.
After the fight, the Pleasure King joins your team as an advisor. His security guard, Jaguar, joins as a security staff member. You also unlock blocking for the Beast style.
