Which Nintendo Franchise Deserves a LEGO Set the Most in 2025?

So much brick potential.

Nintendo and LEGO have already collaborated to create some pretty great LEGO Nintendo sets. Just last year we got the incredible Mario and Yoshi set that actually moves, as well as the first ever LEGO Legend of Zelda set. These are great and all, but what about all of Nintendo's other iconic franchises?

So far there is mostly a wide variety of Mario sets (which includes Donkey Kong), as well as a fair number of Animal Crossing sets. Outside of that, there hasn't been much else. As a fan of both LEGO and Nintendo, I find myself craving more options. For the others like me out there, I pose the question: Which Nintendo franchise would you want to see get the LEGO treatment next?

Which Nintendo franchise deserves a LEGO set the most?

What Do You Think?

With the recent announcement of the Switch 2, hype for the next generation of Nintendo isn't slowing down. It's highly likely that we will continue getting new LEGO Nintendo sets as the company continues to invest in movies (hello new Mario movie and that live-action Zelda, eventually) and upcoming Switch games. Which ones do you think we could realistically get in 2025 or beyond? Let us know in the comments below!

Personally, I think the franchise that would make for the coolest LEGO sets is Metroid. With Metroid Prime 4 on the horizon, it seems like perfect opportunity to come out with some really awesome builds that I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money on. Outside of that, I would also love some actual LEGO Pokémon sets rather than the MEGA sets that already exist. Though I realize that is unlikely due to the licensing agreement between Mattel and The Pokémon Company.
